Role Description The Latam Partnerships role is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships across Latin America to expand ClimateCard.xyz’s presence and impact. Daily activities include identifying and prospecting potential partners such as fintechs, climate-focused organizations, NGOs, and corporate sustainability teams, and presenting tailored partnership proposals. The role involves negotiating partnership terms, coordinating integrations and campaigns, and working closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure partner success and user growth. The Latam Partnerships team member will analyze market trends and performance data, provide feedback to improve offerings, and represent ClimateCard.xyz in regional meetings, events, and digital communities. This position requires self-directed work, frequent virtual communication with stakeholders, and a strong commitment to climate action and impact-driven collaboration.
Qualifications
Strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, build, and maintain high-value relationships in the Latam region.Sales and Communication skills to pitch solutions, negotiate agreements, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities, measure partnership performance, and inform data-driven decisions.Experience or strong interest in climate tech, sustainability, fintech, or impact-driven startups.Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.Proven ability to work remotely, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or digital assets is an advantage but not required.
