In a globalized and competitive business environment, the firm strives to offer practical legal alternatives that facilitate and protect clients’ cross-border and domestic business activities.Role Description This part-time Law Student Intern role is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, Mexico, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will assist attorneys with legal research on Mexican and international law, draft and review basic legal documents, and help prepare memoranda, summaries, and reports for client matters. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing statutes and regulations, organizing case files and supporting documentation, and contributing to the preparation of client communications and presentations. The intern may also support due diligence activities, attend internal meetings, and help maintain accurate records and documentation under attorney supervision.Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Law and interest in Mexican and international business law.Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing legal texts, identifying issues, and supporting case strategy.Effective Communication abilities for interacting with attorneys, staff, and clients in a professional manner.Clear, structured Writing skills for drafting legal documents, memoranda, and client correspondence.Proficient Research skills to locate, interpret, and synthesize legal authorities and regulatory materials.Currently enrolled in a law degree program; completion of core introductory law courses preferred.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly.Fluency in Spanish required; proficiency in English strongly preferred for international matters.Comfort with standard office and legal research software; willingness to learn new tools and systems.
