Position summaryDeloitte’s Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) team plays a crucial and growing role in helping the firm achieve its Multi-Disciplinary Model (MDM) objectives: profitable growth across all businesses – Consulting, Tax, and A&A. EPM is seeking a high performing Lead for a highly visible role working with senior business, industry, and account leaders to help modernize the Firm’s management of its third-party relationships to accelerate go-to-market activities, optimize negotiations, align on priorities for third-party relationships, and help the firm achieve its growth ambitions. The position sits in Clients, Strategy & Growth (CS&G) as part of the EPM team and is part of the larger Office of MDM that reports to the Chief CS&G Officer and business CEOs. This role offers a unique opportunity to help establish and operationalize a new capability aimed at enabling Deloitte’s three world-class businesses to thrive.
Work You'll DoSupport the design and implementation of the MBR Modernization: MBR Modernization has been created to segment Deloitte’s go-to-market relationships with third parties to identify and elevate those relationships that are most strategic to the firm.Activate the new MBR operating model: Support the roll out of new processes, technology, and protocols to bring the newly established MBR operating model to life. This includes but is not limited to gathering information about Deloitte’s relationships to confirm strategic importance and segmentation of the third parties, identify and establish Relationship Owners for each third party, engage account leadership to drive cross-business awareness, and ensure appropriate signaling in Deloitte’s internal systems.Engage with business teams and leaders: Foster collaboration between various stakeholders across the firm to support the navigation of third-party relationships throughout the lifecycle – from initial sensing and early-stage MBR discussions through the establishment of highly-strategic relationships (Alliances, Tech Relationships, etc.).Enable firmwide visibility and accountability: Manage a high-volume of MBR data and related information in various firm systems throughout the MBR lifecycle to enable teams across the network to better understand the scope and significance of Deloitte’s relationship with third parties. Key ResponsibilitiesPMO and Meeting Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, including agendas, invitations, logistics, note-taking, action item tracking, and distribution of notes and materials; maintain workplans and status tracking.Strategic Operations: Proactively support leadership with PMO activities, including data management and reporting, and develop executive-level presentations and other materials with input from leadership to support EPM special projects and strategic priorities.Learning and Education Enablement: Advance education initiatives by digitizing content using AI, testing new learning modes, and driving efforts related to internal education platforms.Collateral and Knowledge Management: Maintain and organize collateral, shared team documentation, presentations, and educational materials.

Strong candidates should possess:Ability to determine root causes of issues and draw connections across multiple project topics.Demonstrated relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in virtual and matrixed team environments. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent5+ years of relevant professional experience, including consulting, client service, and/or project/program management.Demonstrated experience implementing and operating standardized processes and supporting change management initiatives.Experience building a new team.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise deliverables for an executive audience.Excellent data management and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to advance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Strong research skills, with a process-oriented approach to problem-solving.Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Strong English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.Ability to travel as needed.Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:Broad knowledge of Deloitte’s organizational structure or similar professional services environments.Familiarity navigating internal business systems and tools.Basic technical understanding of independence considerations and the audit function.Tolerance for ambiguity and a “figure it out along the way” mindset.Eagerness to learn and build knowledge quickly.Experience applying AI-enabled tools to digitize client processes and workflows, with a proven ability to test and evaluate emerging learning modalities that drive measurable capability building and adoption.
