Job Title: Lead, Strategic Deployment Pod, US GeographyLocation: San Jose, Costa Rica
The TeamUS Geography enables successful execution of Firm and Business strategies in the local markets where our clients and people live and work. The Office of the US Geography Leader, working closely with the Managing Partner community, is responsible for advancing Geography as a strategic priority that drives growth and market differentiation, enhances talent experience and development, strengthens leadership engagement, and provides clarity and confidence in moments that matter in our local markets.
The work you will do:The Strategic Deployment Pod Analyst plays a critical role in executing priority initiatives on behalf of the Office of the US Geography Leader. The Strategic Deployment Pod Analyst brings structure to ambiguous problems, supports strategic initiatives, and delivers high quality analysis, insights, and materials to enable strategy execution. Working closely with the Strategic Deployment Pod Manager, this person will help translate leadership priorities into actionable outputs, drive day-to-day progress across a variety of initiatives, and prepare executive-ready deliverables in alignment with US Geography’s four pillars: market differentiation and MDM growth, talent experience and development, leadership engagement, and moments that matter.
Responsibilities include:Support discrete projects/workstreams within larger strategic initiatives; drive day-to-day progress and coordination, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely delivery.Translate high-level direction into structured analyses and deliverables.Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement within assigned projects/workstreams.Analyze and synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Support development of dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.Develop high-quality, executive-ready presentations and communications.Support preparation for leadership presentations, key meetings, and other key forums.Support development and refinement of tools, templates, and playbooks.Leverage Gen AI and automation tools to enhance productivity and improve quality.Support the Office of the US Geography Leader by preparing status updates, presentations, and executive-ready communications tied to strategic priorities.
Successful candidates should possess:Analytical rigor – strong ability to work with data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights.Agility and responsiveness – ability to pivot quickly across priorities and operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Project management experience - strong organizational skills and understanding of key project management techniques; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Exceptional executive communication skills- strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to tailor messages to a range of audiences.Teamwork and collaboration – ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and with a variety of stakeholders.Adaptability – flexibility and willingness to adopt new ways of working and adjust to changing circumstances as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent5+ years of relevant work experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are criticalProficient in use of Gen AI and other automation tools to support analysis and content developmentExperience working as part of a team that is spread across multiple geographiesStrong English and Spanish oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel as neededMust be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
