Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate engaging, student-centered learning experiences. Guide students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Foster student independence and ownership of learning. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom culture. Promote English as the primary language of communication throughout the school day. Observe student progress and provide meaningful feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the learning experience. Maintain positive and professional communication with families. Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching.

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychology, English Language Teaching, or a related field. English proficiency (B2 or higher preferred). Experience working with children or adolescents. Experience with project-based, inquiry-based, or student-centered learning is a plus. Strong classroom management based on relationships and positive guidance.
