Learning Design Development Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Learning Design & Development Senior Analyst to join our Learning & Development team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions that support business goals and enhance employee performance.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Instructional Design, eLearning development, adult learning principles, and multimedia content creation, working closely with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and learning partners to deliver engaging and impactful training experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and web-based learning solutions.Create engaging eLearning content, simulations, scenario-based learning, videos, and other digital learning assets.Conduct training needs analysis and recommend learning solutions aligned with business objectives.Develop storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and supporting documentation.Collaborate with SMEs and business partners to ensure content accuracy and learning effectiveness.Measure training impact and recommend continuous improvements.Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Multimedia Design, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning, Multimedia Development, or related areas.Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and SnagIt.Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content development.Experience designing learning solutions for classroom, virtual, hybrid, and online environments.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.English level: B2+ to C1 (required).
PreferredExperience in corporate learning environments.Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.Financial services industry experience is a plus.
Location: El Cafetal, Heredia, Costa RicaSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
