Client & Case Coordination• Manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.• Prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Assist with intake, follow-up, and coordination of client- or case-related activities.• Maintain organized records, files, and case-related information.Client Service & Communication• Provide strong customer service and professional communication to clients and internal stakeholders.• Support day-to-day legal administrative functions.• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDSThe following reflect standard GSD benchmarks for a role of this scope. Final KPIs should be jointly defined with the client at onboarding and reviewed quarterly.• Client intake and follow-up handled promptly, with no backlog on active case-related tasks.• Client and internal communications responded to professionally within an agreed turnaround window.• Case files and records kept organized and current.• Deadlines and competing priorities managed without dropped tasks.• Confidentiality of client and case information maintained at all times.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEThe right candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing administrative work with client-facing responsibilities. They stay on top of multiple moving pieces, communicate professionally, and bring relevant legal-field experience whenever possible.• Prior experience working in a legal environment.• Personal injury experience is a strong plus.• Background in customer service preferred.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Ability to prioritize a large number of tasks effectively.• Clear written and verbal communication skills.• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented work style.• Associate degree in business, paralegal studies, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be strongly considered in place of formal education.
