Legal Intern

About the role

HONOR is seeking a Legal Intern in Mexico City, Mexico, to support the Legal team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing, organizing, and filing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct basic legal research on Mexican laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and relevant cases.
• Support contract approval and signature processes and maintain contract and legal document records.
• Assist with daily compliance matters, including document preparation, information collection, and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide basic support on corporate, employment, and commercial legal matters.
• Support the Legal team with other daily tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.
• Spanish proficiency is required; English communication skills are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with good research and document management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Availability for an internship of at least 6 months is preferred.
