HONOR Mexico – Legal Intern
Key Responsibilities:Assist the Legal team with the review, organization, and filing of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Conduct basic legal research on Mexican laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and relevant cases.Support contract approval and signature processes and maintain contract and legal document records.Assist with daily compliance matters, including document preparation, information collection, and cross-functional coordination.Provide basic support on corporate, employment, and commercial legal matters.Support the Legal team with other daily tasks and projects as needed.Requirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.Spanish proficiency required; English communication skills are preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office with good research and document management skills.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.Availability for an internship of at least 6 months is preferred.
