Key Responsibilities Prepare , review, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings with precision to support litigation processes. Maintain and organize legal files and case management systems, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Facilitate effective communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties to streamline case progress. Assist in legal research by gathering pertinent information and supporting case preparation activities. Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, ensuring timely notifications to all involved parties. Track deadlines and manage calendars meticulously to meet critical time-sensitive obligations. Provide exceptional client interaction and support by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, enhancing client satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Matriculation Certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
