The Licensed Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, providing expert guidance throughout the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing transaction documents, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth closings. The role involves actively prospecting for new listings and leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing Casa Solution’s values of honesty, integrity, and excellent service. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with marketing efforts to promote listings and support the company’s presence in the local market.Qualifications Valid real estate license in Panama and proven experience in residential or commercial property transactions.Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.Knowledge of local real estate market trends in Coronado and surrounding areas, including pricing, regulations, and transaction processes.Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.Comfort with basic digital tools for property listings, email communication, and document management; familiarity with real estate CRM systems is an advantage.High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English or additional languages is highly beneficial for international clients.Availability to work on-site in Coronado, including some evenings or weekends as required by client schedules, and to travel locally for property visits.
