Impact BPO is looking for a Lien Resolution Specialist in Tegucigalpa to join our legal support team! If you have strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for resolving complex claim cases, we’d love to have you on board!

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
Review, audit, and negotiate healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, and private liens to maximize reductions.Communicate directly with lien holders, insurance companies, and legal representatives to reach settlements.Request and analyze medical billing statements, claim ledgers, and legal documents.Maintain accurate case logs and ensure all resolution deadlines are met efficiently.
Requirements:
Advanced or fluent English proficiency (verbal and written).Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with financial data.Prior experience in legal support, medical liens, insurance claims, or collections is a plus!
