We are seeking an experienced, highly detail-oriented Bilingual Litigation Attorney to support a high-volume plaintiff litigation practice. This individual will assist attorneys and legal teams with the preparation, completion, and quality review of client questionnaires, Plaintiff Fact Sheets, damage documentation, and other case-related materials while serving as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the intake and documentation process.
Key ResponsibilitiesComplete and prepare Plaintiff Fact Sheets (PFS), Liability Questionnaires, Damage Questionnaires (DQs), and similar case-specific forms and documentationReview information submitted by clients through Formstack or similar intake/questionnaire platformsTransfer client-provided information into required legal forms and case documentation accurately and efficientlyApply legal judgment when reviewing responses rather than simply performing data entryCommunicate directly with clients via phone, email, text, or virtual meetings to gather information, answer questions, and ensure documentation is completeBuild rapport with clients while providing a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented experienceIdentify incomplete, inconsistent, unclear, or potentially missing information requiring additional review or client follow-upOrganize and summarize client information so that files are complete and easy for attorneys to reviewAssist with gathering and documenting information related to damages, liability, property loss, injuries, medical treatment, employment impacts, and other case-specific issues
Required QualificationsLaw Degree Licensed attorney in your home countryFluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)+2 Previous experience supporting litigation matters in a law firm or legal environmentAbility to communicate professionally and confidently with clients while demonstrating empathy and professionalismStrong legal writing, analytical thinking, and documentation skills
