About The RoleAs a Live Trader, you will actively manage and oversee live betting events, maintaining a consistently high standard of product quality and overall offering. This role demands a sharp focus on risk control - monitoring real-time data and making fast, informed decisions to mitigate risk as events unfold.You will also play a key role in driving the company's sportsbook KPIs, contributing to odds optimization, ensuring competitive offerings, and enhancing the overall customer betting experience. The ideal candidate will balance product excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while thriving in the fast-paced environment of live events.
As our schedule follows the live global sports calendar, this role requires working non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Ensuring live odds are in line with the industry and risk managed accordinglyEnsuring quick and correct evaluation of the marketsHaving a deep understanding of each sport offeredSolving problems, contingencies and issues in the quickest way with minimal interruptionsMonitoring real-time events (identify and report suspicious betting behaviors)Helping in the data collection for the competitor analysis project, and in other tasks or projects that might be assigned by the Bookmaking strategy teamAssisting in testing of new betting features in back office and Third-Party Providers
