Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods from overseas suppliers through final delivery. This role serves as a connecting point between suppliers, freight forwarders, drayage providers, and internal teams, coordinating purchase orders, cargo readiness, ocean freight bookings, container deliveries, and accurate NetSuite records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple shipments simultaneously, and able to communicate clearly with partners across time zones.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day logistics and transportation operations in alignment with client requirements, SLAs, and internal procedures.Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure operational continuity.Monitor shipments, loads, and operational milestones throughout the logistics lifecycle.Track and document shipment activity, operational updates, and financial data in internal systems (TMS, ERP, CRM, or client platforms).Identify operational, documentation, or financial discrepancies and escalate issues according to established guidelines.Assist with customer-facing and carrier-facing communications related to operational status, billing, or payment inquiries.
REquirements1 - 2 years of experience in Logistics.Advanced English proficiencyStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments.Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with operational systems.
