Organize material flow, solve problems using data, and act as liaison between Sales, Production, and customers. Responsibilities include scheduling coordination; shipping, receiving, and ingot yard; sales partnership; team leadership; and continuous improvement. Requirements: bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; 5+ years of experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain roles within manufacturing plants, including at least 2 years in leadership; fluent English; proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel/Power BI. Desired: import/export regulatory compliance experience and SAP implementation experience. Salary between 60K and 80K.
