About the roleKingbee is looking for an Logistics & Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Buenos Aires. You’ll play a key role in our operations ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and contributing directly to the overall customer experience. This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple processes with consistency.
What you’ll do:Coordinate vehicle shipping, relocations, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient executionMaintain and update internal systems with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all operational data is complete and reliable at all timesReview and assess vehicle damage reportsTroubleshoot logistical and operational challenges, working toward timely and effective resolutionsSupport internal teams by providing accurate information and ensuring smooth coordination across workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Fleet) to resolve complex cases and improve internal processesContribute to strengthening Kingbee’s reputation for reliability and excellence every day

What we’re looking for:Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in SaaS environments is preferred.Proven experience in internal operations is requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.Background in or currently studying fields related to Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or similar is highly valuedEmpathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset aligned with Kingbee’s values.
