Logistics Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day logistics and operational activities of one of our U.S.-based clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for the logistics operations, oversee order fulfillment processes with the team, collaborate with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams, and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
You will play a critical role in maintaining efficient supply chain operations while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and has a passion for optimizing logistics and operational processes.
Responsibilities:Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.Monitor customer orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactively resolving delays.Communicate with warehouses, transportation providers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and address operational issues.Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documentation, and operational reports.Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment requests, and order fulfillment activities as needed.Assist with scheduling shipments, transportation appointments, and operational workflows.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.1 year of experience in logistics, operations , supply chain, customer support, or a similar role.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); advanced Excel skills are a plus.Experience with ERP, CRM is a plus.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
