Logistics Team Lead

The Operations Support Team Lead is responsible for supporting end-to-end truckload operations by entering, updating, monitoring, and maintaining load, driver, tractor, and trailer information within the Transportation Management System (TMS). This role focuses on execution support, not planning. The Team Lead ensures accuracy of order entry, dispatch board visibility, driver status updates, and timely communication between customer service, dispatch, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities List:
• Enter new Truckload orders accurately into the TMS.• Verify shipper, consignee, appointment dates, revenue codes, mileage, weight, and billingdetails.• Ensure orders appear correctly on the Truckload dispatch board.• Monitor the Truckload dispatch board for:• Assigned/unassigned tractors• Driver availability• Trailer assignments• Appointment windows• Identify loads missing required data (trailer, tractor, driver).• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customer service, and internal teams.• Document all relevant updates in planning comments or order notes.• Maintain accurate records to support billing and claims resolution.
Skills and Knowledge:
• B2 High English Level• 1 year+ logistics experience• Supervisor experience• Ability to interpret dates, times, mileage, and driver status.• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive task
