Its mission is to act as a strategic enabler of client growth and profitability by improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs through optimized supply chain solutions.Role Description The Logistics/Supply Chain Human Resources Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role leads HR strategy and operations for logistics and supply chain functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development for warehouse, transportation, and co-packing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing performance management processes, managing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. The Director collaborates with operations leadership to support productivity, safety, and engagement, drives HR initiatives that align with business goals, and provides coaching to managers on people management practices. The role also oversees HR metrics and reporting to support continuous improvement in retention, development, and culture.Qualifications Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations environments.Proficiency in HR Policies and their implementation, including development, communication, and maintenance of compliant and practical procedures.Expertise in Employee Relations, with experience handling conflict resolution, investigations, and fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.Demonstrated ability in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, evaluations, and development plans for diverse teams.Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law in Mexico, with proven experience applying regulations in a multi-shift, front-line workforce context.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage.Experience building HR strategies that support rapid growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in logistics or supply chain organizations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, managers, and front-line team members.Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English; ability to work with global or regional stakeholders is beneficial.Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and make data-informed HR decisions.
