馃實 Seeking a Latin America鈥揃ased Interview Coordinator (Remote) Kevesta Devs is hiring motivated professionals based in Latin America to join our extended remote team supporting interview processes for U.S.-based roles. We collaborate closely with senior developers and global engineering talent, offering a structured and reliable approach to candidate preparation and interview workflow support. Our focus is on long-term, trust-based remote collaboration. 馃敼 Role Overview Interview Representative / Coordinator (Non-Technical) Remote 路 Flexible 路 Long-term collaboration This role is perfect for candidates who: Are comfortable communicating professionally in interview settings Do not require a technical background Are not responsible for coding or technical task execution Your main responsibility will be participating in interviews and meetings with full technical and process support from our team. 馃敼 Responsibilities Attend scheduled interviews and professional meetings Communicate clearly and confidently with interviewers Share prepared updates and responses with support from our technical team Optionally join brief daily standups (lightweight) Note: This role does not involve coding, technical problem-solving, or task delivery. 馃敼 Requirements Must be based in Latin America Native or fluent English communication skills Professional, reliable, and comfortable in business conversations Basic computer literacy and stable internet connection 馃敼 Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior experience in interview coordination or recruitment support Familiarity with U.S. remote work culture Join Kevesta Devs and contribute to a dynamic, global engineering environment with flexible remote work tailored for Latin America professionals.
