This role will work directly with business stakeholders to develop practical AI applications using ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and AI workflow automation tools.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building AI solutions, strong prompt engineering skills, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable AI products.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions for Hyatt hotel operations.Build and optimize Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot Agents, AI workflows, and prompt-based applications.Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and workflow automations.Partner with Hotel Operations, Commercial Services, Events, and other business teams to identify AI opportunities.Manage and prioritize a backlog of AI initiatives while supporting rapid delivery cycles.Conduct testing, prompt refinement, and user validation to ensure high-quality AI outputs.Gather user feedback, monitor adoption, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve AI solutions.Collaborate with enterprise AI platform teams, APIs, and technical partners.Identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.Manage multiple AI initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Required SkillsHands-on experience building AI solutions using:ChatGPTOpenAICustom GPTsMicrosoft CopilotStrong prompt engineering experience.Experience building AI workflows, agents, automations, and prompt-driven applications.Ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience gathering user feedback and improving AI products.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsComputer Science, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Must-HavesChatGPT/OpenAI developmentCustom GPTsMicrosoft CopilotPrompt EngineeringAI Workflow AvffNice-to-HavesHospitality experienceMicrosoft Copilot AgentsOpenAI APIsHotel technology experienceAI product operationsAutomation strategyAI/ML or Computer Science degree
