About the role

KPG99 INC is listing an AI Solutions Developer role for Hyatt. The role is described as a six-month engagement, with two WebEx interviews. The developer will design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve hotel operations and business productivity, working directly with business stakeholders.

The work includes practical AI applications using ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and AI workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions for Hyatt hotel operations.
• Build and optimize Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot Agents, AI workflows, and prompt-based applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and workflow automations.
• Partner with Hotel Operations, Commercial Services, Events, and other business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of AI initiatives while supporting rapid delivery cycles.
• Conduct testing, prompt refinement, and user validation to support high-quality AI outputs.
• Gather user feedback, monitor adoption, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Collaborate with enterprise AI platform teams, APIs, and technical partners.
• Identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple AI initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions using ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong prompt engineering experience.
• Experience building AI workflows, agents, automations, and prompt-driven applications.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering user feedback and improving AI products.
