Job Summary:Looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to manage M365 migrations during Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures. The role covers migration planning, execution, testing, troubleshooting, and post-migration support.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute Microsoft 365 / Exchange migrations.Work with BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest ODM, ShareGate, and native Microsoft migration tools.Manage migration infrastructure, testing, cutover, and hypercare.Handle DNS, SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and email-related issues.Troubleshoot M365 issues through ServiceNow.Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and business stakeholders.Create migration documentation, SOPs, status reports, and project plans.Identify risks and support automation of migration processes.Ensure security and minimal business disruption during migrations.Key Skills:Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, M365 Migration, M&A/Divestitures, MigrationWiz, Quest ODM, ShareGate, Azure, DNS, SMTP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, ServiceNow, Automation, IT Infrastructure, Troubleshooting.
