The Maintenance Senior Lead supports and oversees the coordination of maintenance activities for buildings, grounds, and utility systems within industrial facilities. This role provides advanced technical leadership, ensures effective execution of maintenance strategies, and guides the maintenance team to maintain optimal operation of machinery, equipment, and utilities. The Maintenance Senior Lead works closely with the Maintenance Manager to implement continuous improvement initiatives, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company)Lead and support the execution of the preventive maintenance program, ensuring timely and effective completion of scheduled tasks.Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams as needed.Oversee daily assignments and performance of maintenance technicians, providing coaching, training, and technical guidance.Review work orders, prioritize tasks based on operational needs, and ensure accurate and timely documentation in CMMS systems.Identify and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize operational efficiency.Ensure proper inventory control of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies, supporting procurement needs as required.Support installation, modification, upgrade, and validation activities for machinery and equipment according to engineering specifications and corporate standards.Promote and enforce compliance with safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.Coordinate external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.Assist with departmental reports, KPIs, and root-cause analysis of equipment issues.Participate in departmental initiatives, audits, and Corporate Engineering projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manage

Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or utility systems.Proven experience leading or supervising technical personnel.Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.Proficiency with preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Bilingual (English/Spanis
