When you join our team as Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key contributor to the maintenance of the mill equipment and will be responsible for the supervision of the maintenance crew while providing professional service and ensuring a safe working environment.

This role is a weekend shift where you will work Thursday through Sunday, and 12-hour shifts.

What You’ll Do

Promote a safe, high‑performing work environment by leading safety practices, coaching safe work habits, and administering company policies. Lead and support the maintenance team through hiring, scheduling, training, performance coaching, and setting clear direction and expectations. Oversee maintenance execution and equipment reliability by ensuring quality work, monitoring mechanical and electrical performance, and driving continuous improvement. Plan and manage maintenance activities and projects using the CMMS to track work orders, parts, maintenance history, and project execution.

What You Offer

5 years of heavy industry experience At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team Knowledge of wood products manufacturing Highly organized and results‑oriented, with strong attention to detail, calm under pressure, a team‑focused mindset, and strong communication skills
