Maintenance Technician

Role Description The Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chihuahua, CHH. The person in this role will perform routine and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting machinery, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and completing repairs in a timely and safe manner. The Maintenance Technician will document all maintenance activities, collaborate with operations staff to prioritize work orders, and follow company safety and quality standards.Qualifications Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance, with experience working on compressors or similar industrial machinery.Ability to perform Maintenance & Repair tasks, including mechanical adjustments, part replacements, and basic electrical work.Competence in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance, including diagnosing root causes and implementing maintenance plans.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments, with a commitment to safe work habits.Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Willingness to work on-site in Chihuahua, CHH, and to support occasional extended hours or shifts based on operational needs.
