Retail Coordinator
Job Description:1. Store Management: Regularly visit assigned stores to check product display, demonstrations, inventory, and TCL exclusive display furniture. Ensure the product display area is clean, tidy, and orderly, complying with company brand image standards.2. Price Monitoring: Daily check product pricing in stores to ensure clients have correctly implemented price adjustments according to company decisions. Monitor competitors’ market activities and promptly report extreme pricing or abnormal promotional behaviors.3. Customer Relationship & Resource Expansion: Establish and maintain good relationships with client buyers and store managers to secure more in-store display resources and advertising spaces for the company. Responsible for increasing coverage in retail stores and executing offline roadshow activities.4. Product Sampling: Possess local POSM supplier resources to quickly obtain quotations based on material needs, track production processes, and manage distribution to stores.5. Training: Cooperate with supervisors to regularly conduct product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standard training for TCL promoters and store sales staff.6. Reporting: Complete daily collection of retail information and other reporting requirements as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry. Experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.2. Experience in supplier coordination or promotional material management is preferred.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at maintaining customer relationships.4. Basic data analysis awareness, able to capture market dynamics through observation.
