About the role

TCL is seeking a retail coordinator assistant to support store management, pricing checks, customer relationships, product sampling, training, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores regularly to check product displays, demonstrations, inventory, and TCL exclusive display furniture. Keep display areas clean, tidy, and orderly in line with company brand image standards.
• Check product pricing in stores daily to confirm clients have implemented adjustments according to company decisions. Monitor competitors’ market activities and report extreme pricing or abnormal promotional behaviors.
• Build and maintain relationships with client buyers and store managers to secure in-store display resources and advertising spaces. Increase retail store coverage and execute offline roadshow activities.
• Use local POSM supplier resources to obtain quotations based on material needs, track production, and manage distribution to stores.
• Work with supervisors to conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards for TCL promoters and store sales staff.
• Collect retail information daily and complete other reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above and at least 2 years of relevant retail industry experience. Consumer electronics experience is preferred.
• Supplier coordination or promotional material management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain customer relationships.
• Basic data analysis awareness and the ability to capture market dynamics through observation.
