The company’s reputation is built on trust, expertise, and long-term relationships with its clients.Role Description The Manager at Eikos will oversee day-to-day operations related to Employee Benefits Programs, ensuring that client programs are effectively designed, implemented, and administered. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to customize protection solutions. The Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and help maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and service follow-up. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico, requiring close collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.Qualifications Experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects, preferably in insurance, brokerage, or financial services.Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored service solutions.Solid organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to oversee the design, implementation, and administration of protection programs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in insurance or risk management are a plus.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Mexico City, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing client and market needs.High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering dependable, customer-focused service.
