We bring together finance capabilities across Audit & Assurance, Tax, and Consulting Services to support our leaders in fully serving our client CFOs and Finance functions.
As the Finance SGM’s Manager, you will support Strategic Growth Market leadership to execute strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and collaborate across various functions to achieve our strategic growth ambitions. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
Work You’ll Do:
Strategy and Program Management:
Support the development of strategies and detailed action plans for key strategic initiatives.Assist in structuring choices for both strategic and operational decision-making.Develop and manage program action plans, timelines, and stakeholder analyses to ensure successful execution of initiatives.Track and manage operational and financial efforts, synthesizing key insights for leadership.
Data-Driven Analysis:
Conduct data-driven analysis to support strategic initiatives and inform marketplace decision-making.Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to drive results.
Cross-Business Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships and facilitate collaboration across Audit & Assurance, Tax, and Consulting Services.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and drive scaled impact. Includes collaborating with and influencing senior firm leaders on a regular basis, ensuring SGM and stakeholder objectives are implemented.
Narrative and Visual Development:
Create impactful narratives and compelling visuals to communicate the value and progress of strategic initiatives.Develop presentations and materials tailored to diverse audiences, including complex presentations and visual narratives for external audiences such as marketplace analysts.
Communications:
Develop clear, concise communications for senior leaders and a broad audience of Finance Transformation professionals.Ensure messaging is aligned with strategic objectives and resonates across the organization.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with all team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and high-quality deliverables.Support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.Support Center for Finance Leadership activities, including supporting Transition Labs (on-site support)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree8+ years of experience within program management, strategy, or similar fieldsStrong English and Spanish oral and written communication skillsAbility to travelMust be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Stakeholder and Project ManagementAbility to deliver high-impact, high-visibility projects to senior leaders and executive level audiences.Lead and direct the work of small, cross-functional virtual teams across multiple, concurrent projects.Data Analysis, Visualization, and InterpretationConsolidate, analyze, and visualize large data sets across multiple sources (incl. Excel, PowerBI dashboard development, etc.)Translate data and information into narratives that lead to actionable insights strategic recommendations, and delivery of broader business goals.
