The Manager Business Systems is responsible for managing the design and administration of business program processes and operation systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and administer systems to align with overall business strategies.
- Document user needs, program requirements and functional steps for developing or modifying computer programs that support the organization.
- Work with business units and corporate services to develop priorities, define requirements, recommend solutions and report status on application system changes and reporting requirements.
- Serve as a liaison among users, programmers and the enterprise support center to communicate user requirements and resolve application problems.
- Design reporting to support compliance with regulatory, customer and company requirements.
- Assist with the design and upkeep of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Manage assigned team members to support quality assurance, efficiency targets and corporate programs.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and queries to business units.
