Manager, COA Service Offerings & Quality

About the role

IQVIA provides scientific services spanning clinical trials, real world evidence, and consulting across the product lifecycle. The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team generates data to incorporate the patient voice into the development and commercialization of medication and other drug and non-drug interventions.

The team works to understand and meet the needs of clients, mostly life science and pharmaceutical companies, through consulting expertise and technical scientific knowledge. Its research includes qualitative approaches such as interviews and focus groups; quantitative approaches such as clinical outcome assessments (COAs), patient-reported outcomes (PROs), and preference research; and passive approaches such as digital health technology tools.

The Manager, Service Offerings and Quality helps ensure that COA-related service offerings are consistently defined. The role combines business judgment, operational leadership, quality orientation, and service offering management experience.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure that COA-related service offerings are consistently defined.
• Support scientifically rigorous research to understand patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional experiences and expectations of disease and treatment.

Requirements

• Committed and proactive approach.
• Business judgment, operational leadership, quality orientation, and service offering management experience.
• Life science, consulting, and/or product development skills that can be applied to patient-focused research activities.
