What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in hotel operations and sales, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively. Proficiency in hotel management software and property management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
