We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager of Operations and Sales for our esteemed hotel located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring seamless coordination among all departments to exceed guest expectations. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue, including promotions, packages, and targeted customer outreach. Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction, promptly resolving issues with exceptional customer service. Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align operational plans with budget and financial goals. Prepare and analyze performance reports to track progress toward sales targets and operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations and sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills focused on employee development. Proficient in operations management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Familiarity with hotel management and property management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
