The Manager of Software & Product Engineering leads a team responsible for designing, developing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing scalable, high-performance software and product applications. The role plans and directs resources and processes to execute the vision and strategy, delivering robust, customer-focused solutions that drive product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, innovation, and direction to guide and support the Software & Product Engineering team, shaping specifications and standards for scalable, high-quality development.
• Lead engineers coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across the full development lifecycle.
• Help determine project milestones and delivery timelines, and manage resources to release products on time and within budget.
• Evaluate application requirements and architect database solutions for scalability, performance, and data integrity.
• Identify tools and methodologies to streamline development.
• Ensure the team meets project milestones and completes projects within established timelines.
• Evaluate issues, provide resolutions, and notify senior leadership of recurring issues.
• Organize, manage, and report on project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement activities.
