Manager RD Compounding Line

Develop innovative polymer compounds, blends, and formulations. Optimize compounding processes to improve productivity and product quality. Conduct material research, testing, validation, and performance analysis. Lead R&D projects and mentor technical teams. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Customer teams. Develop customized polymer solutions based on customer requirements. Maintain technical documentation, formulation confidentiality, and compliance standards. Technical Skills Required: Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Blending & Compounding, Extrusion Technology, Additives, Fillers & Modifiers, Thermoplastics & Engineering Plastics, Material Characterization Techniques, Process Validation, Root Cause Analysis, Product Scale-up. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong fundamentals in Polymer Science, Hands-on Compounding Line experience, Innovation-driven and analytical mindset, Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, Strong problem-solving ability, Comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
