Mantenimiento de Áreas para Self Storage en Pottsville, PA - Tiempo Completo

We are a family-owned self-storage company with several local facilities in the area. We are hiring a full-time grounds maintenance position for properties in Hamburg, Fleetwood, Mt Wolf, Lancaster, Bally, and Pottstown.

Duties Include
o Preform a weekly walkthrough of each site including
o Unit Inventory
o Unit Cleanouts
o Unit over-locks
o Weed Spraying
o Mowing
o Basic facility maintenance
o Basic grounds keeping
o Cut locks as needed
• Power Washing
• Painting
• Snow Removal
• Assist in keeping a neat, clean business environment
• Send daily report to management

The primary half of this position will be taking care of the self-storage properties and the duties above. The other half of the time will be spent with our crew doing property renovations and setting up new properties in the area.

Requirements
• Smart Phone Required
• Truck: Mileage paid if you use your truck, otherwise we will supply the truck
• Maintain constant and clear communication with management
• Occasionally on call to assist in emergency situations
• Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20 per hour. This is a w4 position

Schedule:
• 4, 10 hour shifts
• 4-day work schedule, occasionally on call for emergency situations
