About the role
As a Manufacturing Engineer at ZF Group, you will control, improve, and provide technical support to ensure machining-line processes meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain updated shopfloor documentation.
- Conduct PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks in manufacturing processes.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to the production line.
- Implement saving projects.
- Understand, support, implement, and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in machining processes using Sinumerik Control.
- Strong knowledge of Core tools: PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and APQP.
- Continuous improvement experience preferred, including Six Sigma or Lean.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Conversational or advanced English.
