Manufacturing Engineer II Shift C

Responsibilities
Commitment to Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with the Quality Policy, Quality system and procedures that impact patient safety and product quality.Active Manufacturing Support: Monitor and improve product quality indicators, ergonomic safety, and process performance (efficiency, yield).Data Analysis: Present evidence-based analysis to support the implementation of corrective/preventive actions and demonstrate their effectiveness.Project Management: Plan and implement technical projects, coordinating resources, timelines, documentation, and cross-functional teams.Problem Solving: Support root cause identification and resolution of issues related to production or services.Process and Equipment Engineering: Participate in the design, development, installation, validation, and qualification of equipment or processes, including feasibility studies and technical documentation.Continuous Improvement: Support projects to develop, install, and qualify new processes or improve existing ones.Cost Reduction: Research and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.Support Systems: Collaborate in the maintenance of calibration systems, drawing control, and documentation.Data Management: Collect, analyze, and present production data for meetings, business plans, and key performance indicators.Work Administration: Plan activities, control expenses, attend meetings, and prepare monthly reports.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.A minimum of two years of experience in an engineering, scientific or technical environment in medical industry.English intermediate is required.Shift C
