About the role
Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to support manufacturing and quality systems with minimal supervision. The role applies process, operational, and scientific expertise, basic compliance knowledge, and analytical and troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations. It may serve as primary production process owner for process support systems and assist with ownership responsibilities for more complex process systems.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, revise, and approve manufacturing procedures; ensure they reflect current operations and serve as a document owner.
- Assess process performance through floor observations and performance data, and evaluate, plan, and implement process improvements.
- Provide troubleshooting support and assist in creating training materials and delivering training on scientific or technical aspects of the process.
- Support the establishment of process-monitoring parameters and control limits, collect monitoring data, assess deviations, and support timely quarterly reports.
- Ensure non-conformances are triaged within established goals, author investigation reports, execute corrective actions, and manage NC/CAPA closure within established goals.
- Monitor and communicate incident trends; review equipment and system root cause analysis investigations and support trend evaluations.
- Assist with generating process validation protocols and reports, executing validation, and collecting and analyzing validation data.
- May participate in regulatory inspections, new product introductions, and process or equipment activities.
