Senior Travel Consultant, ERM - Full time, Costa Rica (who are willing to move from India to Costa Rica)
The Senior Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) and handling additional duties as assigned within a global, multi- regional setup. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products.
This position demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry. You will work independently on requests as assigned and take the initiative to provide assistance.
The Senior Travel Consultant, ERM works with the team to provide day-to-day assistance. You will be the first point of contact for team members and respond to questions, providing direction on policies and procedures. You may work in project teams on projects related to operations and coach travel consultants when team lead is absent.

About youProven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environmentsHands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handlingStrong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressureComfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi‑regional operations setupSolid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processesAdvanced skills on GDS AmadeusStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyDemonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
