About the role

At Feuji, the Senior Travel Consultant, ERM handles incoming requests through phone and email accurately and efficiently. This full-time position is based in Costa Rica and requires willingness to relocate from India to Costa Rica. The role serves as the primary point of contact for business customers, providing active travel consultation and travel details, and up-selling related products in a global, multi-regional setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming travel requests independently and efficiently using appropriate travel tools and systems.
• Provide prompt, focused attention to customer requests and anticipate potential challenges.
• Serve as the first point of contact for team members, responding to questions and guiding them on policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to provide day-to-day assistance and support.
• Participate in project teams related to operations and assist in coaching travel consultants when the team lead is absent.
• Review operational processes and customer commercial relationships, and suggest improvements.
• Perform quality management tasks, including error management, and assist in assigned projects.
• Work toward individual and team goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
• Hands-on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurately under pressure.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment.
• Ability to collaborate within a team.
