About the role
Puente Talent Partners is recruiting for a hands-on marketing internship focused on learning AI-driven growth through practical work. You will run social channels, post as the founder, and build outreach and content skills while shipping work from week one.
The client is a small, profitable, US-based company that connects growing US businesses with top LATAM talent and runs a separate team building AI automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Run social channels and post using AI tools.
- Write and post as the founder on LinkedIn, and run the same playbook on Reddit.
- Support growth for the AI tools team.
- Send personalized outreach messages to book meetings.
- Learn AI tools at a technical level, including how they work.
- Learn cold email, outreach, content, and design.
Requirements
- Study at a top university and want to work for a US company.
- Be excited about AI and already use AI tools.
- Write clearly in English.
- Be proactive and ship without waiting to be told.
- Want to learn outreach, content, design, and AI skills.
- Bonus points for having run a social account, experience with AI writing or image tools, design skills such as Canva or Figma, or strong copywriting.
