We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing team of a luxury real estate development company based in the U.S., helping execute marketing initiatives day to day.
🎯 What you'll do:Support Marketing Managers with the execution of marketing initiatives across projectsMaintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and trackersCoordinate with the Design and Digital teams on deliverables and deadlinesAssist with planning client, broker, and corporate events (quotes, budgets, logistics)Track marketing budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and approvals
✅ What we're looking for:1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, real estate, events, or hospitalityExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred)Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
📍 100% remote, home office from Colombia, for a U.S.-based company.
