Job Responsibilities:Manage marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.Design, build, and optimize automated workflows for lead generation, lead scoring, and nurturing.Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and RCS.Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and conversion rates, and prepare regular reports.Integrate automation tools with CRM systems and other platforms.Maintain data hygiene and compliance with data privacy standards.Conduct A/B testing to optimize content, timing, segmentation, and targeting.Support customer lifecycle strategies from acquisition through retention.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years specializing in marketing automation.Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.Knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, campaign optimization, and data privacy standards.Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.Fluent English required.
