OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, and brand awareness initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and focuses on project coordination, event logistics, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities• Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and sponsorships• Manage event projects in Wrike, including timelines, deliverables, and status updates• Maintain event portals and submit required materials to organizers• Track logistics, documentation, budgets, and invoices• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
Requirements• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles• Experience supporting events, tradeshows, or sponsorships• Advanced English level (C1+) for professional communication• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or related)
