Descripción del empleo
ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Marketing Coordinator to help keep our marketing department running smoothly. The main focus is coordination and administration - managing projects, schedules, files and follow-up so work stays on track. The role also includes light creative support, such as simple graphics, short videos and everyday marketing materials. Strong organization, communication and attention to detail are most important; creative skills are a welcome secondary strength. You do not need to know every system from day one. What matters is a willingness to learn, ask questions and take pride in producing accurate, professional work that reflects Casa Linda’s brand voice and quality.
ABOUT CASA LINDA: Casa Linda is an established residential community on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, with more than 500 completed villas and an international clientele. Our buyers are primarily North Americans looking for vacation homes, full-time residences or investment properties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Coordination • Manage routine marketing requests from departments, contractors and vendors, clarifying requirements and tracking tasks. • Help implement approved campaigns across digital, print, email and social media. • Maintain the marketing calendar and project tracker, with clear owners, deadlines and approval steps. • Coordinate assignments and priorities for photo, video and social media contractors. Formal management remains with the Marketing Director. • Monitor progress, follow up on overdue work and flag delays or missing information early. • Prepare meeting notes, action items and a concise weekly status update. Page 1 of 4 • Attend sales meetings to identify buyer and realtor questions requiring marketing support.
Email, Website, Graphics, Video and Campaign Support • Build and quality-check marketing newsletters, landing pages and forms. • Make routine WordPress content updates, including approved pricing and property information.• Use campaign checklists to confirm that copy, links, images, forms, dates and approvals are correct before publishing. • Prepare email campaigns for review and publish them only after receiving final approval from the Marketing Director. • Update and add content to the Casa Linda realtor portal. • Work with the realtor and sales teams to identify materials and resources that outside realtors need. • Provide light creative support by creating simple, on-brand graphics and short video content for everyday marketing needs. Training will be provided for Casa Linda's specific marketing systems, file structure, campaign procedures and approval processes.
Asset and File Management • Organize and maintain the marketing Google Drive using clear folder structures, filenaming standards, archive rules and version-control practices. • Maintain marketing procedures, checklists, templates, contact lists and recurring-task schedules so work is consistent and repeatable. • Make sure team members can quickly find the correct and most current marketing materials.
Print, Events and Logistics • Request and organize supplier quotes, prepare them for approval and maintain accurate records of selections and deadlines. • Coordinate the ordering of signage, promotional items and printed collateral; track approvals, orders, delivery dates and final receipt. • Maintain a simple inventory of brochures, signage and promotional materials and flag replenishment needs in advance. • Support the Community Engagement Coordinator with owner activities, onsite events and promotions, including schedules, vendor information, materials, signage and event documentation. • Assist with trade-show materials, logistics and booth coordination if Casa Linda participates in future shows. • Complete other reasonable marketing and administrative duties as the position develops.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Strong administrative and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, records and deadlines. • Proactive, adaptable and self-directed, with reliable follow-through and the judgment to ask questions rather than guess. • Proficient with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and shared calendars. • Excellent written and verbal English, including strong proofreading skills. • Strong Canva skills, a good eye for professional design and basic WordPress experience. • Collaborative, emotionally intelligent and customer-focused, with sound judgment and discretion.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience in marketing, communications, administration, content coordination or project coordination. • Knowledge of Sosúa, Cabarete and the practical realities of working in the Dominican Republic. Residency and Cedula. • Experience with email marketing, social media content, real estate marketing, events or creative production. • Experience with photography, short-form video, or design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW or similar programs. Applicants with relevant adjacent experience are welcome to apply.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY: This role offers significant room for growth as the successful candidate gains experience, develops new skills and completes additional training. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility and move into a senior marketing management role over time.
WHAT WE OFFER • A varied role in one of the Dominican Republic's established villa communities. • The opportunity to contribute ideas and see projects move from concept to completion. • Training and support from an experienced international marketing team. • Competitive salary based on experience and demonstrated skills.
WHAT MATTERS TO US: We hire for attitude, reliability, judgment and willingness to learn. Skills can be developed, but initiative, professionalism and follow-through must already be there.
HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your résumé and a short note describing how you organize multiple projects and deadlines. Include one example of a project, event or workflow you helped keep on track. If possible, please provide examples of Canva designs, marketing materials, website work, photography, video or other relevant projects.
