Marketing & Design SpecialistBMNS | Heredia, Costa Rica (Hybrid)Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Marketing & Design Specialist to support the development of marketing materials, website content, sales collateral, and brand initiatives.This role works closely with the National Accounts Manager and Sales Team to create engaging visual content, maintain marketing assets, update website information, and support day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with excellent organizational abilities and enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative SupportDesign and update sales flyers, brochures, catalogs, product sheets, labels, and promotional materials.Create visual content that aligns with company branding standards.Develop presentations and customer-facing sales materials.Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing assets.Organize and maintain creative files, design templates, and marketing resources.
Website & Digital Content ManagementUpdate website content, product information, images, and marketing materials.Assist with website design improvements and content organization.Create and schedule content for social media platforms.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
Sales & Marketing SupportCreate marketing and sales support materials for customer presentations and proposals.Assist with promotional campaigns and product launches.Support the Sales Team with customized collateral and marketing requests.Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production of marketing materials.
Administrative & Data ManagementMaintain marketing databases, product information, and digital assets.Track inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel.Assist with vendor coordination, quotations, invoices, and project tracking.Organize documentation and marketing records.
Event & Trade Show SupportPrepare marketing materials for trade shows, customer meetings, and company events.Coordinate banners, brochures, giveaways, and event collateral.Support logistics and preparation activities before and after events.
Required QualificationsEducationAssociate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Marketing Support, Marketing Administration, Content Creation, or related roles.Experience creating marketing and sales support materials.Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Experience updating website content.Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.Strong organizational and file management skills.Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Creative mindset with strong visual design abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing product catalogs, sales flyers, and marketing collateral.Experience creating product labels or packaging materials.Familiarity with WordPress or other website content management systems.Experience supporting B2B sales teams.Portfolio showcasing graphic design and marketing work.
