Position Overview
We're looking for a driven Marketing / Graphic Design to help grow 2MO's presence in the competitive New York renovation market. This role blends strategy and hands-on creative execution: you'll plan and run campaigns designed to attract and convert clients, track performance, and personally design, edit, and produce the visual content that brings those campaigns to life. Strong photo/video editing and design skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth:Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract clients in the competitive New York renovation market.Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, to increase online visibility and lead generation.Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach our ideal client demographic.Track and report on sales and campaign performance on a regular basis, with a focus on maximizing ROI.Oversee website updates and improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Content & DesignDesign and edit high-quality visual content social media posts, stories, banners, brochures, case studies, and brand materials.Professionally edit and retouch photos and videos from job sites and finished projects to a polished, on-brand standard.Create and curate engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.Update and create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and portfolios showcasing our work to support sales efforts.Maintain visual brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Qualifications & Skills
3–5+ years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator must be able to design and edit professional-quality visuals independently.Strong photo and video editing skills.Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.Experience working with Miro (or willingness to quickly learn similar collaborative tools).Strong written/verbal communicationExcellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and visual/aesthetic sense.
