About the RoleWe're looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Intern to join Terminal34 and help bring our courses to life through engaging short-form video content.
You'll be responsible for:Creating short reels for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokCapturing in-person footage at our Bayamón facilityEditing videos (basic cuts, text overlays, music, captions) with Edits or CapCut appPosting content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)Supporting Meta Ads campaigns and content optimization
RequirementsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable with in-person recording and self-directed editingBasic video editing skills (or willingness to learn)Creative eye for short-form contentReliable and self-motivated
Schedule & CompensationHours: Max 20 hours/weekPay: $15/hourIn-person: Tuesday and Thursday 7–9 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.–4 p.m. (Bayamón)Editing and Posting: At your own pace and schedule Equipment provided: DJI Osmo Pocket
