CS Bienes Raices is a real estate firm in Honduras with over 20 years of leadership in the field. The Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist will scale the online ecosystem, convert organic traffic into high-quality leads, and enhance digital visibility for commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the website to grow beyond its current 11,000+ monthly visitors and support high search rankings for key real estate terms in Honduras.
• Design and execute Google Ads and social media advertising funnels to capture leads for properties and developments.
• Develop automated workflows to nurture leads gathered from digital property datasheets and landing pages.
• Shift Facebook and Instagram strategies from basic awareness to lead generation and cross-selling between residential and commercial sectors.
• Create digital brochures and video content using primary and secondary market inventory.
• Coordinate listings across the KW Capital Market Center and international brokerage networks.
