At ASUS, we are looking for an energetic, hands-on, and highly proactive Marketing Specialist to lead Trade Marketing initiatives for our Notebook & Gaming business across Central America & Caribbean.
🎯This role will be heavily focused on:
🔥 POS execution & retail visibility🔥 In-store experience and merchandising🔥 Sell-out strategies and retail optimization🔥 ATL, BTL & digital marketing initiatives🔥 Brand presence across retail & distribution channels
We want someone who loves being in the field, identifying opportunities in stores, challenging the status quo, and driving execution with excellence.
🎯 What you’ll do:✨ Lead POS and retail marketing strategies✨ Execute seasonal campaigns, launches and trade initiatives✨ Manage POP materials, store displays and merchandising execution✨ Track retail performance and identify growth opportunities✨ Work closely with retailers, distributors and internal regional teams✨ Support sell-out strategies in retail and e-commerce channels
👤 What are we looking for?✔️ 3–5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, POS or Retail Marketing✔️ Experience in technology or consumer brands preferred✔️ Strategic, energetic and execution-driven mindset✔️ Strong analytical skills and Excel management✔️ Passion for technology and innovation is a must✔️ Proactive profile with strong communication skills✔️ Advanced English communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory — non-negotiable
