HRD APWATER is looking for a skilled Material Receipt & Inspection Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This full-time role is crucial for managing the receipt and quality inspection of materials, ensuring operational efficiency and high standards within our supply chain. Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete material receipt process, verifying materials against purchase orders accurately. Perform detailed inspections to ensure materials meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain and update precise inventory records using inventory management systems. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to address discrepancies and quality concerns promptly. Document all inspection and receipt activities thoroughly for audit and compliance purposes. Support inventory audits and provide actionable insights to optimize stock levels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material handling and inspection processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or similar roles. Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management software and related tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively. Knowledge of quality control certifications is an advantage.
