About the role
Work with sales and marketing to understand customer needs and propose competitive modified PP material solutions for automotive and appliance applications.
Responsibilities
- Support early project evaluations.
- Design, develop, and optimize modified plastic formulations, balancing performance, processability, cost, and compliance.
- Conduct material testing, performance evaluation, and failure analysis to validate solutions according to customer standards.
- Provide technical support for mold trials, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support commercialization and stable mass production.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams, as well as external partners, to support effective communication and on-time delivery.
